1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EVraahein application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TaruniLakshmi Ventures ("we", "us", or "our"), a company based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

2 Description of Service

EVraahein is an electric vehicle (EV) routing and journey-planning application. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Smart EV route planning with real-time traffic data
• Charging station discovery and availability information
• Battery consumption estimation and range prediction
• Trip analytics, cost tracking, and carbon footprint reporting
• Community features for EV drivers
• Charging station alerts and notifications

The Service is currently in pre-launch. Features and availability may change without prior notice.

3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use EVraahein. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4 User Accounts

Certain features of EVraahein may require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately at hey@evraahein.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Impersonate another person or organisation

6 Navigation & Safety Disclaimer

EVraahein provides routing suggestions and charging information to assist your journey. You must always exercise independent judgment while driving. We are not responsible for:

• Inaccuracies in route suggestions, charging station status, or availability
• Accidents, damages, or losses arising from reliance on the Service
• Navigation errors caused by GPS signal loss or data connectivity issues
• Charging station closures or equipment failures beyond our control

Always verify charging station availability before commencing a long journey.

7 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials within EVraahein are the intellectual property of TaruniLakshmi Ventures or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8 Third-Party Services

EVraahein integrates with third-party mapping, traffic, and charging network providers. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party providers.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TaruniLakshmi Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or vehicle damage — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand), whichever is greater.

10 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users via email or in-app notification of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
